Budget Box was established in 1986 by Jim and Pat Sutton. Their son, David Sutton, continued their legacy by growing Budget Box for many years with business partners, Debra Pierce and Roger Pierce. The Budget Box facility located in Dallas, TX is equipped to produce any and all types of corrugated packaging. The company specialized in short to medium sized runs while also supporting miscellaneous packaging supplies items. The acquisition of Budget Box by Danhil Containers in April 2021 expands the Budget Box production capabilities. Danhil Containers was created in 1985 by EJ Daniel and John Underhill to produce and supply corrugated packaging to local businesses. The company has grown to 7 manufacturing facilities and 10 distribution centers located throughout Texas and Northern Mexico. Growth has come organically as well as through acquisitions and mergers of like-minded organizations that are focused on packaging. The acquisition of Budget Box in Dallas, TX is the latest acquisition that occurred in April 2021 increasing Danhil’s footprint into the DFW Market.
